My first 2 days!

We are finally here and settled in! The only problems we have have had is not being able to get into our apartment because we couldn't work the key and controlling the thermostat (in Italy you are only allowed to have the heat on for 12 hours a day). Last night after we unpacked we went to the restaurant right by our apartment. I had eggplant parmesean and the house wine. We made the mistake of eating the bread at the table and were charged 10 euro for it ( i know not to do that now..and of course I was the first one to eat it :/ my bad.) Even though we hadn't slept in over a day we were able to stay up until about midnight. The shower before bed was actually amazing because it was scolding hot! We woke up at after 11 today and made it to orientation in time (12:45). We stopped at a small cart and got water and breakfast at a really cheap price so i definitely will be going back there. We also went to the grocery store after our orientation and stocked up for a few days. Tonight were planning on going to dinner and wine again.
